The Reuss webshop orders are handled by a third party order fulfillment service business located in the industrial suburbs of Copenhagen. The pedals are stocked at their warehouse, and they pack and ship the orders.
Usually, orders are shipped the same day, if posted on weekdays before 2:00 PM Central European Time.
